You will become familiar with Chalk infrastructure and find the best way to integrate and implement them in different environments • Work closely with our Engineering and Sales teams • Act as the primary technical point of contact pre-sales and post-sales (when we are onboarding a new customer or supporting an existing one) • Recommend new products to customers as their business evolves • Help interview and grow the Engineering team
Job Requirements
- Technical background including experience writing software or building ML models
- 4+ years experience of professional backend software engineering experience
- Proficient in Python, SQL
- Ability to collaborate effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, storytelling, and analytical skills
- Experience working closely with sales teams and customers is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with ML/data products or services
- Understanding of Machine Learning Ops/Infrastructure
- Previous experience as a forward-deployed engineer in a high-growth startup focusing on Machine Learning

Role Description REX Engineering Group is seeking a self-motivated, client-focused, Senior Structural Engineer to join our Structural Engineering team. This position can be remote but requires on-site client visits at least once a month to the Chicagoland area. - Minimum of 10 years of design experience. - Bachelor’s degree required; higher level of understanding of the consulting engineering industry. - Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, AutoCAD and Revit software, Microsoft Office products, and other related building codes and standards. - Illinois Structural Engineer license (S.E.) preferred; ability to obtain licensure in other states is a plus. - Ability to work independently on all design aspects of projects. - Manage the production and delivery of design documents. - Work on several concurrent projects. - Provide mentoring and guidance for colleagues. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Effective problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational and decision-making skills. - Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Participation in internal office collaboration and the external professional community is encouraged. Role Description Are you a participant of Formula Student (Formula SAE) who wants to understand exactly how real-world vehicle physics translates into a cutting-edge virtual simulator? This one-semester internship is designed as a hybrid of hands-on vehicle development and technical storytelling. You will learn the full BeamNG vehicle creation pipeline by helping build a Formula Student race car model and tuning it for core dynamic disciplines such as skidpad, acceleration, autocross, and endurance. Just as importantly, you will document the process.
