Account Executive, Data & Analytics
LightBox
• Drive new enterprise data bookings through direct sales into capital markets institutions. • Structure and negotiate complex data licensing agreements (national, regional, API, Snowflake, bulk feeds). • Engage with CIOs, Heads of Data, Portfolio Managers, Risk Teams, and Investment Committees. • Position LightBox as the identity backbone for institutional property and participant intelligence. • Navigate procurement, legal, and data governance review processes. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. • Develop territory strategies and named account plans. • Identify upsell opportunities tied to ownership intelligence, transaction history, hazard overlays, infrastructure context, and derived insights. • Build multi-threaded relationships within large enterprise accounts.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise data sales experience.
- Proven success selling data licenses (not just SaaS subscriptions).
- Experience structuring $100K–$1M+ agreements.
- Strong familiarity with capital markets workflows (acquisitions, underwriting, risk modeling, portfolio management).
- Comfort selling APIs, bulk data feeds, Snowflake sharing, and data integration use cases.
- Experience navigating legal, procurement, and compliance processes.
- Demonstrated ability to sell into technical and non-technical buyers.
- Executive presence and strong negotiation capability.
- Preferred Experience:
- Background selling property, financial, credit, risk, geospatial, or alternative datasets.
- Experience with enterprise data integration or AI/analytics pipelines.
- Relationships within PE, REITs, asset managers, investment banks, or credit funds.
