• Design, implement, and continuously improve highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure for AQI’s Software and SaaS platforms. • Lead automation initiatives across infrastructure provisioning, deployments, incident response, and operational workflows to improve reliability and engineering velocity. • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines that enable safe, repeatable, and efficient software delivery. • Partner with engineering, security, and product teams to embed reliability, security, and operability into system design and delivery. • Own and enhance observability across critical services, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and service health dashboards. • Define and track service objectives and operational metrics, including SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, and use them to drive continuous improvement. • Respond to production incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement durable corrective and preventive actions. • Support on-call operations and contribute to a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous learning. • Advocate for and implement DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native best practices across the organization. • Mentor team members and influence infrastructure standards, technical decisions, and platform roadmaps.

• Design and implement scalable API integration frameworks (legacy, GraphQL, or REST) that connect customer systems with our services, including reusable frameworks and components. • Work with customers to understand their use cases and translate them into effective integration solutions. • Create detailed technical specifications and integration documentation. • Optimize integrations for reliability, performance, and ease of maintenance.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs, technical specifications, and Solution Design Documentation • Maintain and enhance legacy applications developed in IBM iSeries RPGLE, ensuring compatibility with modern systems and ongoing business needs • Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Enforce software engineering best practices through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely and transparent manner, driving root cause analysis and long-term resolution • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and streamline workflows across systems and teams • Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement • Operate independently and proactively, taking initiative under general direction while collaborating across teams and time zones • Monitor system and coordinate user service requests • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the offshore development team; proactively answer technical queries, clarify design specifications, and remove blockers to maintain momentum

• Serve as a technical expert for the Blue Yonder (BY) Cloud WMS • Take ownership of production stability by resolving complex technical issues • Develop, modify, and support the critical microservices integration layer • Write clean, tested code to optimize data transformations, message routing, and API endpoints • Monitor, trace, and troubleshoot high-volume message flows • Utilize observability and log aggregation tools like Grafana and Sumo Logic • Proactively identify and execute code-level enhancements and process optimizations • Act as the subject matter expert for how Material Handling Systems (MHE) and core ERPs communicate with warehousing software • Collaborate with the development team during the design phase • Manage deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines • Perform software programming across multiple technologies • Create effective, tested, and documented code that aligns with long-term architectural goals • Monitor and maintain cloud-based applications using native platform tools
