• Assist in overseeing the teams in the Philippines including but not limited to the following: Review and processing of contractor invoices • Update of property assignments • Review and monitoring of the team’s performance • Perform oversight of the accounting function in the Philippines • Identify and propose process enhancements • Support and assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use • Help organize and facilitate training sessions, onboarding and outboarding activities • Provide high-level accounting and administrative support to the Senior Managing Director • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Senior Managing Director
Job Requirements
- CPA required
- Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required
- At least 10 years of audit / accounting experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess strong work ethic
- Must be a team player

Role Description As Financial Controller, you will lead the company's financial operations and help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting across the business. This role is key to maintaining strong financial governance while supporting business growth, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee accounting, reporting, compliance, audit, internal controls, and finance operations across five legal entities in the United States, Canada, Belgium, France, and the United Kingdom. The role also includes people leadership responsibilities, with direct reports within the finance function.
