• Drives new business development by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with Tier 2 and Tier 3 insurance carriers and TPAs; partners with the Vice President to build and execute territory strategy, manage an active sales pipeline, and meet or exceed revenue targets. • Serves as the primary business point of contact for assigned insurance clients and OEC ecosystem partners within the claims space; partners with customer success to monitor account metrics (transactions, revenue, and KPIs) to ensure client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to expand OEC’s solutions across assigned accounts. • Collaborates cross-functionally with the Insurance Solutions, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client implementation, timely follow-up, full opportunity coverage, and that client needs are effectively communicated to inform development priorities. • Represents OEC at industry conferences and events to build pipeline, strengthen client and partner relationships, and maintain current knowledge of market trends, competitive activity, and emerging needs within the insurance industry. • Builds deep, consultative relationships at all levels of assigned accounts — from operational contacts to C-level executives — establishing OEC as a trusted advisor and preferred strategic partner within the insurance claims ecosystem. • Leads account planning activities including territory strategy, account reviews, presentations, and tailored proposals designed to advance opportunities with assigned Tier 2 and Tier 3 carriers and TPAs.

• Leads workstream-level process assessments and translates findings into improvement recommendations and implementation steps. • Collaborates with supply chain staff and floor leaders to understand specific operational challenges and requirements. • Facilitates operator/floor-leader workshops; captures decisions and converts outcomes into actionable SOP updates. • Develops comprehensive end-to-end process maps (current/future state) and identifies root causes of bottlenecks and error drivers. • Produces SOPs and supporting job aids; partners with training teams to enable adoption. • Tracks performance metrics and supports periodic audits to ensure SOP compliance and continuous improvement. • Provides informal coaching and QA review of junior consultants’ process documentation and SOP drafts. • Proposes continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain operations and participate in implementation. • Ensures SOPs are aligned with best practices and industry standards. • Travels to client sites up to 50% annually to collaborate in person, evaluate operations, and review SOPs and practices in action. • Adheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, which includes actively participating in quality assurance activities and ensuring the protection of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies. • Performs other related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

• Own the end-to-end SAP PEO solution architecture supporting engineering, manufacturing, production execution, and digital thread processes. • Design and govern manufacturing master data structures including engineering BOMs (EBOMs), manufacturing BOMs (MBOMs), routings, production process definitions, work instructions, and change management processes. • Define engineering-to-manufacturing integration strategies that enable seamless transition from product design through production execution. • Architect production execution processes including shop floor operations, work instructions, quality checkpoints, manufacturing traceability, and as-built records. • Establish integration architecture between SAP PEO and related SAP solutions including PP, EWM, QM, MM, PLM, MES, and engineering systems. • Lead blueprint workshops, solution design sessions, architecture reviews, and requirements-gathering activities with business and technical stakeholders. • Evaluate engineering and manufacturing processes; develop recommendations and future-state solution roadmaps that improve efficiency, compliance, and product traceability. • Define security, authorization, and role-based access strategies supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operational teams. • Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices, scalability, maintainability, and business objectives. • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, reporting, data migration, enhancements, and custom development activities. • Mentor consultants and project team members while providing guidance on solution design decisions and implementation best practices. • Support business development efforts, solution estimates, statements of work, and technical proposal development as a subject matter expert.
