• Own the end-to-end SAP PEO solution architecture supporting engineering, manufacturing, production execution, and digital thread processes. • Design and govern manufacturing master data structures including engineering BOMs (EBOMs), manufacturing BOMs (MBOMs), routings, production process definitions, work instructions, and change management processes. • Define engineering-to-manufacturing integration strategies that enable seamless transition from product design through production execution. • Architect production execution processes including shop floor operations, work instructions, quality checkpoints, manufacturing traceability, and as-built records. • Establish integration architecture between SAP PEO and related SAP solutions including PP, EWM, QM, MM, PLM, MES, and engineering systems. • Lead blueprint workshops, solution design sessions, architecture reviews, and requirements-gathering activities with business and technical stakeholders. • Evaluate engineering and manufacturing processes; develop recommendations and future-state solution roadmaps that improve efficiency, compliance, and product traceability. • Define security, authorization, and role-based access strategies supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operational teams. • Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices, scalability, maintainability, and business objectives. • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, reporting, data migration, enhancements, and custom development activities. • Mentor consultants and project team members while providing guidance on solution design decisions and implementation best practices. • Support business development efforts, solution estimates, statements of work, and technical proposal development as a subject matter expert.

• Own the end-to-end SAP PP solution architecture across production planning, demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, shop floor control, and manufacturing execution processes. • Design and govern production master data including material masters, bills of material (BOMs), routings, work centers, production versions, and planning strategies. • Define planning and manufacturing processes including MRP, demand planning, production orders, process orders, repetitive manufacturing, and production scheduling. • Establish integration architecture between SAP PP and related SAP solutions including MM, SD, QM, EWM, FI/CO, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). • Lead blueprint workshops, solution design sessions, architecture reviews, and requirements-gathering activities with business and technical stakeholders. • Evaluate manufacturing processes and supporting technologies; develop recommendations, roadmaps, and solution strategies to improve operational efficiency and production performance. • Define security, authorization, and role-based access strategies supporting planners, schedulers, production supervisors, and manufacturing personnel. • Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices, scalability, maintainability, and business objectives. • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, reporting, data migration, enhancements, and custom development activities. • Mentor consultants and project team members while providing guidance on solution design decisions and implementation best practices. • Support business development efforts, solution estimates, statements of work, and technical proposal development as a subject matter expert.

• Own the end-to-end SAP PM/EAM solution architecture across maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, work management, preventive and corrective maintenance, and enterprise asset management processes. • Design and govern enterprise asset structures including functional locations, equipment master data, classification frameworks, maintenance BOMs, and asset hierarchies. • Define maintenance planning and execution strategies, including notifications, work orders, task lists, maintenance plans, status management, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and condition-based maintenance approaches. • Establish integration architecture between SAP PM and related SAP solutions, including MM, FI/CO, QM, procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations. • Lead blueprint workshops, solution design sessions, architecture reviews, and requirements-gathering activities with business and technical stakeholders. • Evaluate existing maintenance processes and supporting technologies; develop recommendations, roadmaps, and solution strategies to improve operational efficiency and asset performance. • Define security, authorization, and role-based access strategies supporting maintenance planners, technicians, supervisors, and operational leadership. • Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices, scalability, maintainability, and business objectives. • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, reporting, data migration, enhancements, and custom development activities. • Mentor consultants and project team members while providing guidance on solution design decisions and implementation best practices. • Support business development efforts, solution estimates, statements of work, and technical proposal development as a subject matter expert. • Adhere to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, including active participation in quality assurance activities and the protection of sensitive information in accordance with company policies. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Solution & Architecture Leadership • Participate in customer discussions on small and medium complexity projects to understand current state architecture and gather requirements for future state solution • Participate in joint application design sessions, including documenting design questions • Develop a successful working relationship with customer architects and project team • Assist in developing Solution Landscape, Context diagrams, and Sequence diagrams for assigned projects • Assist in developing High-Level Design documents and provide guidance to developers and solution configurators to enable them to create a detailed design • Provide weekly project status reports to Solution Architecture leadership and aide in the creation of report documentation • Remain up to date on new releases related to the integration, architectural, and functional capabilities of each of Insurity’s products • Identify and document risks or issues discovered through technical and architectural discussions and escalate to Project Managers and Solution Architecture leadership • Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc. • Other duties as assigned
