Junior Executive Assistant

• Manage executives' calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences. • Screen and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. • Maintain organized filing systems and digital records. • Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and communications. • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of executives. • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
