If so, we want to meet you. King Risk Partners is searching for an exceptional Financial Analyst to support our expanding operations. This role offers the opportunity to partner with leaders across the organization, provide meaningful insights, and influence key business decisions—all while working fully remote. - Collaborating with leaders and partners across the organization to support financial initiatives. - Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting expense trends and patterns. - Supporting budgeting, forecasting, planning, and outlook processes. - Preparing detailed analysis and presentations to communicate performance vs. budget and forecast. - Developing financial and operational KPIs to identify trends and opportunities. - Identifying root-cause drivers of variances and assisting in corrective action plans. - Supporting month-end close activities. - Enhancing processes, sharing best practices, and contributing creative insights. - Working cross-functionally to reduce risk, solve problems, and drive outcomes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. - 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). - Experience in the insurance industry is preferred. Requirements - Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with Microsoft Office tools (Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, etc.). - Skilled in reporting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations. - Exceptionally analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive. - A self-starter who takes full ownership of projects from start to finish. - An effective communicator—both written and verbal. - Passionate about improving processes and elevating financial deliverables. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
