Role Description This role exists to multiply Ari's output, handling the operational and creative support that slows him down today. This is not a traditional executive assistant role. You won't be managing a calendar. You'll be: - Building lead magnets in HubSpot - Pulling clips from long-form recordings - Managing a high-volume inbox - Keeping a set of growth initiatives moving forward The right person is organized, marketing-minded, and thrives in a fast-moving, autonomous environment. What You'll Do - Marketing Operations & Project Management - Take Ari's ideas from concept to live test — building lead magnets, templates, and campaigns in HubSpot - Track growth initiatives and ensure follow-through across all active projects - Help turn ideas into actionable next steps and manage execution from start to finish - Assist with launching new marketing experiments and projects as Ari identifies them - Help organize Ari's ideas and coordinate with the broader team to move them forward - Pull HubSpot data to compile scorecard reporting for executive-level review - Manage advisor meeting link assignments in HubSpot based on client tier eligibility - Create email campaigns and track effectiveness to determine optimal communication for a variety of prospects - Content Support - Organize and manage media assets independently handled by Ari today - Assist with scheduling short-form posts that are outside of his pre-programmed workflow - Review long-form recordings and identify strong clips and content ideas - Management of team members executing various tasks (VA Management) - Research and prepare outlined content for trending topics - Outbound management for strategic partnerships - Inbox & Communications Management - Manage Ari's Gmail inbox — triage, respond, prioritize, and flag what needs his attention - Handle routine communications independently after a ramp-up period - Scan the company’s general inbox for urgent prospect requests - Root Academy Support - Respond to member emails and questions about Kajabi-based Early Retirement Academy - Process refunds and handle escalated member support Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or operations support role - Strong project management instincts — you follow through without being chased - Comfortable with or eager to learn HubSpot, Kajabi, and Gmail workflows - High energy, fast-paced, and self-directed — you keep up with someone who moves incredibly fast - Strong written communication skills; able to manage an inbox and respond professionally on behalf of others - Comfortable working from Loom instructions and translating them into action - An eye for good content — you know a strong clip when you see one Tools You'll Use - HubSpot - Kajabi - Gmail - Loom - YouTube - Instagram - TikTok - Facebook - Canva - Simplified - Google Sheets - Manychat - CommentShark Benefits - Remote-first, fully distributed team - Work directly with a high-output growth leader — steep learning curve, fast growth - Be part of a firm redefining what a modern RIA looks like - Competitive compensation with a team that takes its culture seriously

This role also provides leadership in platform strategy, including CMS selection, site redesign, and digital experience enhancements.. As a fully remote organization, we rely on regular in-person gatherings to fulfill core business functions, including strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and culture-building.
