IT Technician, DEC

TEHORA inc.

• Provide IT support to end users • Install, configure and maintain IT equipment • Diagnose and resolve common technical incidents • Participate in the deployment of workstations and peripherals • Support Microsoft environments and the Microsoft Office suite • Configure and support Active Directory, Citrix and Outlook environments • Track and follow up on requests and incidents • Produce documentation and maintain equipment inventory • Contribute to continuous improvement of support services.

Job Requirements

  • Hold a College Diploma (DEC) in Information Technology
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as an IT technician
  • Experience working in complex technological environments
  • Relevant experience in end-user support
  • Experience installing and supporting workstations, laptops, tablets and printers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environments, Active Directory, Outlook, SCCM, WSUS and Citrix
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer-service approach
  • Demonstrate autonomy, thoroughness and professionalism
  • Strong team spirit and high adaptability.
