Job Description

Senior IT Support, IT Technician – DEC

TEHORA inc.

• Provide advanced-level technical support to end users • Install, configure and maintain workstations, peripherals and IT equipment • Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents • Administer Microsoft environments and desktop management tools • Participate in the deployment of new technology solutions • Support Active Directory, Citrix, SCCM, WSUS and print server environments • Produce technical documentation and operational guides • Contribute to resolving complex issues and continuously improving services • Collaborate with various technical and operational teams • Coordinate activities of a small technical team when required.

Job Requirements

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) in Computer Science / IT
  • Hold at least one relevant certification related to the installation and management of IT components
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as an IT technician
  • Experience working in complex technological environments
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Citrix, SCCM, WSUS, Outlook and print servers
  • Demonstrated ability to perform advanced technical diagnostics
  • Service-oriented customer support approach
  • Autonomous, thorough and resourceful
  • Excellent adaptability and priority-management skills
  • Strong team spirit and a commitment to high-quality work.
