• Guarantee the reliability and security of our cloud infrastructures to support the success of our partners. • Maintain and evolve Terraform modules on a multi-tenant architecture (AWS). • Manage provisioning of new client environments. • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of existing clusters. • Act as the technical driver for ISO 27001 and SWIFT CSP compliance. • Optimize monitoring, backup management (HA), patching, and cloud cost reduction. • Administer Azure AD, manage the workstation fleet, and provide day-to-day user support.

• Administer servers and virtual machines running Debian, configure load balancers, implement DDoS protection, and work with virtualization platforms (Proxmox VE). • Configure networks, manage DNS, optimize routing and load balancing, and ensure high availability. • Develop and maintain infrastructure using Ansible, AWX, and Terraform. • Set up monitoring and alerting systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Victoria Metrics, Opsgenie), analyze logs, and troubleshoot system issues. • Work with Docker and Kubernetes for application management, develop Helm charts, manage clusters, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines. • Configure and optimize HA solutions for Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ClickHouse. • Develop automation scripts using Python or Golang. • Collaborate with development and QA teams, promote DevOps best practices. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

• Design infrastructure for high-load distributed systems (from bare-metal to Kubernetes in the cloud). • Take ownership of the platform: its reliability, performance, fault tolerance, and security. • Lead the DevOps team: mentor, support, develop, and involve engineers in architectural and product decisions. • Build and execute infrastructure roadmaps (migrations, high availability, observability, security, etc.). • Collaborate with development teams and product managers, participating in planning and implementation of changes. • Participate in incident management — both technical (infrastructure failures) and process-related. • Manage projects: planning, task decomposition, progress tracking, and removing blockers.
