Regional Sales Manager – Mid Atlantic

• Own and execute regional sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives. • Build, develop, and close new hospital and clinic accounts in electrophysiology and cardiology. • Manage the full sales cycle including lead qualification, discovery, demonstrations, proposal development, contracting, and close. • Develop strong, trusted relationships with physicians, administrators, and clinical stakeholders. • Identify customer needs, workflow gaps, and operational challenges to position Implicity as a long-term partner. • Present value-based proposals that align clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance. • Partner with Customer Success pre and post-sale to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and customer satisfaction. • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to refine territory strategy and resource allocation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years of medical device or digital health sales experience; cardiology preferred.
- Experience selling into hospital systems and working with complex clinical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of remote cardiac monitoring, reimbursement pathways, and SaaS-based healthcare solutions strongly preferred.

• Proactively manage a portfolio of active and inactive customers (base recovery); • Conduct consultative sales via phone and WhatsApp, focusing on retailer success; • Qualify and convert leads from organic flow and paid traffic; • Keep the CRM (Kommo CRM) strictly up to date, recording all funnel stages; • Analyze RFV indicators (Recurrence, Frequency and Value) to prioritize contacts; • Actively participate in sales trainings and methodologies (Grupo Vorp/external consultancies); • Thoroughly study the Sales Playbook and apply the prescribed scripts and objection-handling approaches; • Present weekly and monthly results based on conversion and revenue targets.
