L’ingénieur « ouvrages d’art » réalise des études, prépare les marchés et assure le suivi des travaux de réparation des ouvrages d’art et des falaises. - Etudes de réparation, marchés de travaux Ouvrages d’art et Falaises - Veille, en lien avec le chef du service, au respect de la politique de gestion du patrimoine ouvrages (programmation pluriannuelle, suivi budgétaire des opérations en lien avec le bureau administratif); - Réalisation des phases Faisabilité, AVP et PRO – conduite et pilotage des études externalisées; - Participation aux revues de projet; - Assistance à la rédaction des pièces administratives des DCE; - Analyse des offres et élaboration d’un rapport. - Assurer la maîtrise d’œuvre travaux: - Animation des réunions de chantier, avis sur les documents fournis par les entreprises en phase chantier (PAQ, procédures d’exécution, plans d’exécution, fiches agréments de matériaux, PPSPS…); - Missions DET – AOR : réalisation en interne ou pilotage des missions externalisées; - Accompagnement des contrôles extérieurs, des coordonnateurs SPS et environnement; - Suivi d’exécution des marchés en lien avec le bureau administratif MOE (Avant métré, constats, devis, factures, PV de réception,…). Requirements - Connaissances en ouvrages d’art (diagnostic, pathologies, études et techniques de réparation); - Connaissances sur la problématique de stabilité de falaises ou de blocs rocheux (diagnostic, études et techniques de mise en sécurité et de confortement); - Maîtrise du code de la commande publique; - Maîtrise CCAG Travaux; - Connaissances dans le domaine de l’encadrement et du fonctionnement de la collectivité; - Connaissances en informatique; - Connaissances en Hygiène et sécurité chantier, (préparation des plans de prévention PGC SPS niveau 3); - Connaissances dans le domaine de la protection de l’environnement (air, eau, faune, flore); - Connaissance dans la législation aéronautique pour des inspections par drone.
