Telecom Configuration Analyst (Mid-level)

• Perform technical provisioning of equipment (routers, ONUs, switches) • Configure and activate services (voice, data, internet, VoIP, and dedicated links) • Update and monitor service orders until activation is completed • Execute functionality tests to ensure full operation of services • Interact with field teams and customer support • Update systems with provisioning status and performance indicators • Support resolution of technical faults during the activation process • Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards

Job Requirements

  • Experience with telecom networks (GPON, PTP, Ethernet)
  • Knowledge of MPLS, BGP and OSPF
  • Familiarity with protocols: DHCP, PPPoE, SIP, VLAN
  • Experience with vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, ZTE or Nokia
  • Proficient in Excel for tracking activities and KPIs
