• Serve as the Compliance Officer for Aetna's Maryland Medicaid health plan • Act as the primary contact with the Maryland Medicaid agency for compliance and contract-related matters • Track, monitor, and submit required regulatory reports and responses on time • Lead preparation and coordination for state audits, including corrective action plans and issue resolution • Manage all aspects of the Medicaid compliance program • Research regulatory requirements and provide recommendations to support compliant business practices • Draft and coordinate responses to inquiries and requests from state Medicaid agencies • Maintain expert knowledge of Medicaid regulations, contracts, and program requirements • Serve as a compliance resource for staff, providing guidance, education, and training • Maintain compliance tools, risk assessments, reporting systems, and tracking processes • Identify compliance risks, conduct monitoring activities, and recommend corrective actions • Support business teams in developing solutions to address compliance concerns • Utilize compliance management tools, including Microsoft Office and Archer • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced team members • Perform other duties as assigned

• Efficiently and effectively dealing with applications related to player transfers, player registrations, international transfers of minors and validation exceptions • Handling applications for the international transfers of minors within the Transfer Matching System (TMS) as well as requests related to the issuance of an international transfer certificate for players • Handling correspondence about proceedings before the FIFA Football Tribunal related to the protection of minors • Handling regulatory application concerning player eligibility and changes of association • Handling regulatory applications concerning mandatory release for national-team duty and late return to clubs • Carrying out the analysis of regulatory applications received by FIFA via the Legal Portal and TMS and ensuring the completeness of case files • Preparing the case files of the different regulatory applications for decision by the FIFA Football Tribunal, taking into account existing FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) jurisprudence • Informing other FIFA departments of potential violations of the relevant provisions governing the protection of minors • Giving written and/or oral advice on regulations and general legal issues related to the registration and transfer of minors

• Lead and contribute to CMC regulatory strategies for global product lifecycle activities, including variations and post-approval changes • Author and review high-quality CMC documentation (Modules 1–3) for global submissions • Perform CMC dossier gap analyses and provide clear, strategic recommendations • Support and lead global submissions (US, EU, and beyond) from planning through execution • Partner cross-functionally with Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and client stakeholders • Act as a key contributor within a dedicated client team, building strong, trusted relationships • Ensure submissions meet global regulatory expectations with precision and excellence

• Research and summarize regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements. • Support licensing and regulatory-readiness projects, including applicability research, gap analysis, evidence requests, policy review, and application-document preparation. • Organize regulatory requirements into structured modules, evidence categories, checklists, and mappings. • Review AI outputs for factual consistency, source traceability, missing information, and formatting issues. • Prepare initial drafts of compliance analyses, evidence guidance, client reports, pitch-deck content, and review materials. • Support the maintenance of regulation-to-service mappings, evidence checklists, and submission-material reuse mappings. • Organize customer-provided materials and identify potential evidence gaps for reviewer confirmation. • Record reviewer feedback and update templates, evaluation cases, and compliance knowledge assets. • Support coordination and request tracking across client-facing teams, compliance reviewers, and Engineering. • Escalate unclear regulatory interpretations and unsupported conclusions to experienced reviewers.
