Tu rol es atacar ese problema de frente: - Automatizar procesos relacionados con cambios regulatorios para que el equipo de Regulation pueda enfocarse en leer, interpretar y decidir. - Rediseñar procesos, automatizar lo repetitivo y construir visibilidad donde antes no había ninguna. - Medir el impacto en tiempo recuperado y flujos que antes eran manuales. ¿Qué harás con nosotros? - Mapear los procesos del área: herramientas, flujos, OKRs, estructura del equipo y procesos principales. - Identificar cuellos de botella, tareas repetitivas y oportunidades de mejora con base en datos y observación directa. - Diseñar e implementar soluciones operativas concretas: rediseño de procesos, automatizaciones e incorporación de herramientas innovadoras. - Implementar automatizaciones con herramientas de IA para reducir el trabajo manual del equipo. - Leer y analizar en profundidad la normativa de cada país y traducirla en escenarios de impacto para el equipo de Producto. - Identificar las fricciones operativas del equipo de Regulation y convertirlas en procesos automatizados. - Cuestionar y retar con criterio las prácticas actuales del equipo, aportando alternativas de solución. - Documentar cada automatización de forma auditable, transferible y entendible para el resto del equipo. - Diseñar validaciones que vivan en infraestructura propia. - Colaborar con otros roles de Producto, Data y Desarrollo para compartir aprendizajes de automatización. ¿Cómo usarás IA en el día a día de este rol? - Construyendo agentes que monitoreen de forma autónoma portales regulatorios y generen alertas ante cambios. - Comparando versiones de normativas entre trimestres o países para identificar diferencias y su impacto real en el producto. - Sintetizando documentos normativos extensos en resúmenes accionables para el equipo de producto. Qualifications - Formación en Derecho, Contaduría, Economía, Ingeniería industrial o carreras afines. - Experiencia demostrable construyendo automatizaciones o flujos con IA. - Entendimiento básico de cómo se conecta una fuente externa a una automatización. - Manejo de herramientas y suite de Google nivel medio/avanzado. - Capacidad para mapear y documentar procesos: diagramas de flujo, swimlanes, SOPs. Requirements - Experiencia en industrias Tech, SaaS, Startup o Fintech. - Experiencia previa leyendo o interpretando normativa contable, tributaria o legal. - Conocimiento en tecnologías de programación y/o automatización básicas. - Manejo de herramientas de visualización de datos. - Ser residente o contar con permiso de trabajo en alguno de estos países: Colombia, México, República dominicana, Perú, Costa Rica y Panamá.
