Baker Hughes is currently hiring an Advance Process Optimization and Control Services Delivery Manager to join the team. We are looking for an experienced industry expert with a background and experience in implementing advanced process control and/or real-time optimization applications for process plants. The Advance Process Optimization and Control Services Delivery Manager will lead technical pre-sales activities followed by implementation of Cordant Process Optimization solution. Baker Hughes Cordant Process Optimization solution is based on a novel approach that combines process domain knowledge along with advanced machine learning techniques. In this role, you are expected to provide process and optimization domain expertise for extending existing product offerings in varied industrial processes. As an Advance Process Optimization and Control Services Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for: - Supporting the sales teams in identifying, quantifying, and presenting complex process optimization opportunities to our customers. - Developing technical proposals for process optimization in LNG, fertilizers, gas processing, refining and olefins industry. - Leading delivery teams during the implementation and ensuring the technical success of our solution. - Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in advising the product team on industry use cases, ideation, and feature implementation. - Working with product managers, data scientists and customers to drive the adoption of AI / ML-based process optimization applications. - Staying informed of industry technology and innovation, disseminating new technology information to the Baker Hughes engineering and services teams. - Providing coaching, technical mentoring & development of subject matter experts globally. - Promoting a safe working environment, being responsible and driving compliance, quality & EHS culture in the organization. Qualifications - A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing Advanced Process Control (APC) and/or optimization solutions. - Experience and passion with data driven/ML based optimization models. - Proven ability to successfully lead technical implementation of APC and/or optimization projects on complex industrial processes. - Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills. - Business Acumen and the ability to influence senior-level management investment decisions. - Proven experience working with people in an operating plant or other operational setting. - Extensive experience communicating and working with senior executive stakeholders. - Expert-level knowledge of APC and optimization technologies and methodologies is desirable. - Knowledge of plant data-driven process modelling/analytics and its limitations is desired. - Experience with varied and complex industrial processes, preferably LNG, cryogenic processes, syngas and/or fertilizer industries, gas processing, refining and olefins is desired. Role Description The Manager – Cash/Collections is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the collections team within the Revenue Cycle department. This role ensures the timely and effective collection of patient account balances and third-party reimbursements, improves cash flow, and promotes compliance with internal policies and external payer requirements. The manager will collaborate with other departments, lead performance improvement initiatives, and supervise staff performance in accordance with quality and productivity goals. - Supervise day-to-day operations of collections team to meet quality and productivity goals. - Monitor aging reports by payer to ensure timely resolution and payment. - Analyze and act on EOBs and denials to resolve issues affecting cash collections. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of payment delays and implement solutions. - Approve adjustments and refunds per policy guidelines. - Assist in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations of staff. - Prepare, analyze, and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. - Maintain and update business office policies, procedures, and contract documentation. - Foster interdepartmental collaboration and maintain strong working relationships. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and organizational billing and collections requirements. Qualifications - Knowledge of healthcare billing and collection practices, including insurance payer requirements. - Proficiency in electronic billing systems and Microsoft Office applications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
