• Diseñar arquitecturas de virtualización e integración de datos utilizando Denodo Platform • Definir modelos lógicos y arquitecturas por capas para la integración y exposición de datos • Diseñar e implementar vistas de negocio, integración y base siguiendo buenas prácticas de reutilización y gobierno del dato • Optimizar el rendimiento mediante estrategias de caché, tuning de consultas y monitorización de la plataforma • Diseñar e implementar la exposición de datos mediante APIs y servicios de datos • Participar en la definición de estándares de arquitectura, calidad y gobierno del dato • Colaborar con equipos de negocio, analítica y desarrollo para definir soluciones alineadas con los requisitos funcionales • Actuar como referente técnico en proyectos de virtualización de datos y acompañar a los equipos en la toma de decisiones arquitectónicas

• Lead the physical migration of compute, storage, and network infrastructure as part of a multi-year data center relocation initiative. • Develop and maintain the overall project schedule, work breakdown structure, and controls for scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and change management. • Partner closely with BIT leadership, project managers, application support teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to coordinate migration activities and resolve competing requirements. • Ensure the new facility is operationally ready, including power, cooling, fire suppression, and physical access controls. • Coordinate resilient network connectivity and telecommunications carrier integration at the new hosting location. • Govern structured infrastructure and application testing to support a seamless transition. • Manage vendor deliverables and performance while ensuring alignment with State security policies and compliance standards. • Maintain clear, consistent communications for technical stakeholders and executive leadership. • Lead project management best practices, maintain complete project documentation, and support knowledge transfer and transition activities for State staff at project completion.

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering best practices in coding, architecture, and data engineering standards. • Define and drive the technical strategy for Journey Analytics data platforms, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. • Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and automation of code repositories in GitHub, ensuring high-quality and consistent development practices. • Guide the refactoring of legacy codebases to improve maintainability, scalability, and reusability across multiple use cases. • Drive the design and implementation of modular, reusable data components to support multiple journeys and reduce duplication. • Oversee the development and management of automated data pipelines in Databricks, ensuring reliability and scalability for downstream consumption. • Establish and enforce standards for scalable data modeling to support current and future analytics use cases. • Ensure data quality, governance, performance, and reliability across all data pipelines and datasets. • Partner with analytics, product, and engineering stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs and priorities. • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities and drive mitigation strategies at a team and platform level. • Promote continuous improvement of data processes, documentation, and engineering practices.

• Develop and support data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI); • Provide production support and maintenance, performing incident analysis and resolution; • Develop, maintain and optimize ETL processes; • Create and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries; • Ensure data quality, integrity and availability; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment; • Support continuous improvement initiatives and the evolution of data solutions.
