• The CGI Visual Specialist is responsible for translating complex engineering and data center designs into high-quality 3D visualizations, animations and presentation assets. • Support project teams, business development and leadership by producing clear, visually compelling representations of mechanical systems, infrastructure layouts and data center proposals. • Develop high-quality 3D renderings and animations to communicate design intent. • Create visual outputs ranging from quick-turn proposal graphics to high-end photorealistic imagery. • Produce animations illustrating system functionality, construction sequencing and spatial relationships. • Build accurate 3D models of mechanical systems, equipment and data center environments. • Convert and optimize Revit models for visualization workflows. • Develop reusable, parametric models for internal equipment libraries. • Interpret engineering drawings and BIM models to ensure visual accuracy. • Collaborate with engineers to resolve missing or unclear design information. • Maintain alignment between visualization outputs and engineering intent. • Clean, organize and optimize imported geometry for performance and usability. • Maintain structured scenes and adhere to naming and file organization standards. • Ensure efficient rendering performance without compromising visual quality. • Maintain and expand the company’s 3D asset library. • Create and enhance 3D visuals for client presentations and proposals. • Support the visual storytelling of each project.

• Conduct health policy research and analysis on topics relevant to global health and development and draft summary/position papers/policy briefs • Monitor and track policy developments and team activities • Analyze state and federal legislation related to global health, development, health workers, and other health issues of concern to communities in low-resourced settings • Attend meetings and events, take detailed notes, and report back • Research, draft, edit, and format public-facing content and materials, such as talking points, briefs, and reports • Other duties and tasks as assigned

• Make fundraising-related updates to GHA’s website to ensure clear calls to action and donor accessibility • Create videos and digital content to promote giving opportunities and donor impact • Develop and implement segmented email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences • Update, A/B test, and optimize GHA’s branded donation page for better performance • Design peer-to-peer (P2P) fundraising campaigns to engage supporters as ambassadors • Support the planning and execution of virtual fundraising events • Expand and promote recurring giving options across digital platforms • Create and manage crowdfunding campaigns tailored to specific GHA initiatives • Design and schedule fundraising-focused social media posts • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data

• Conduct hearing aid and amplification evaluations and build individualized treatment plans • Recommend hearing technology matched to each patient's needs • Fit, verify, and fine-tune hearing technology using best practices, including real-ear measurement • Counsel patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process • Provide long-term follow-up and ongoing clinical care • Partner with physicians and onsite Clinic Assistants to deliver strong patient outcomes
