Job Description

Scientific Advisor

Clario

• Review clinical trial protocols from prospective customers and provide scientific recommendations that support proposal development and customer timelines • Design data collection strategies based on scientific literature, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and patient/site considerations • Assess project complexity and provide scientific input to solution design and service delivery planning • Develop and deliver scientific content for capability presentations, bid defenses, and customer-facing meetings • Partner with Sales teams during pre-sales engagements to communicate the scientific value of Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific solutions and services • Support successful project handoff from Sales to Client Services by providing scientific context and proposal guidance • Contribute to training and enablement activities for Client Services teams related to study design, scientific objectives, and industry best practices • Participate in selected post-sales customer meetings and provide ongoing scientific consultation • Support product development initiatives by contributing scientific expertise and market insights • Participate in professional conferences, webinars, publications, abstracts, and white papers that strengthen thought leadership and market visibility • Maintain current knowledge of clinical trial regulations, scientific advancements, industry trends, and emerging best practices • Collaborate with internal and external scientific experts to support client deliverables and advance research initiatives • Contribute to internal research programs and external scientific outreach efforts • Travel approximately 20% as required

Job Requirements

  • PhD in a scientific discipline preferred; Master’s degree considered for highly qualified candidates
  • 0–3 years of experience in clinical trial technology, life sciences, biopharmaceutical development, or a related industry
  • Experience supporting clinical trials and understanding the drug development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA), clinical trial technologies, or related digital health solutions
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage scientific, clinical, and business stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into customer-focused solutions
  • Demonstrated business acumen and customer-facing experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or scientific consulting environments
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment
  • Willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and contribute across functions

Role Description We are seeking an Intelligence Advisor to join OSINT Combine's Capability and Enablement Group (CEG). As the in-house subject-matter expert on NexusXplore, OSINT Combine’s flagship SaaS platform, the Intelligence Advisor bridges customer intelligence needs with tailored technical support to drive both product sales and long-term customer success. This role will help customers in Europe – our newest, fastest-growing region – achieve mission success using NexusXplore. This role suits an experienced intelligence analyst who is OSINT-aware, tech-savvy, and customer-focused. The Advisor will develop deep expertise in our software, training, and services, working closely with both our sales and product development teams. This position reports to the Capability Enablement Group Lead for EMEA.
