Role Description Provide assistance to attorneys in investigation and prosecutions of complaints involving identity theft, fraud, and related matters. Reports to Section Chief of Data Privacy & Identity Theft Unit. Primary Subject Matter of Cases - Telephone privacy (robocalling and Do Not Call) - Identity theft, identity deception, fraud - Security breaches involving unauthorized acquisition of personal information - Credit reporting - Data privacy framework and statutes - Age verification requirements for adult oriented websites Examples of Duties - Gather information and collect data relevant to investigation and litigation of cases involving identity theft, security breaches, data privacy, credit reporting, age verification and related matters. - Perform forensic investigations of electronic and digital material using technical investigative techniques. - Interview victims, witnesses, and potential targets of investigation or prosecution. - Communicate with other law enforcement agencies as necessary. - Assist in joint investigations and respond to referrals from other agencies. - Assist supervising attorneys in trial preparation; testify in court proceedings and affidavits as necessary. - Prepare timely, comprehensive, and accurate investigative reports for internal review. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in case management system. - Communicate with supervising attorneys and other staff members to provide updates on cases and investigations. - Review decisions, policies, regulations, and other legal authorities relevant to subject matter. - Communicate and build relationships with prosecutors and law enforcement officials in Indiana and other jurisdictions. - Network with other government agencies to develop relationships and communication protocols with government agencies. - Provide outreach, referral, and training services around the state on identity theft and related issues. - Attend trainings to learn about legal trends in subject area. - Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned by supervising attorney. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in a criminal justice or business-related field or equivalent of college and work experience in law enforcement is preferred but not required. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Ability to balance and manage high volume of cases and files and to handle multiple assignments of varied type and difficulty on an ongoing basis. - Proficiency in computer skills and electronic forensic investigative techniques. - Familiarity with complex computer processes and new technologies. - Ability to work with complainants, witnesses, and staff; sensitivity and awareness of public relations and political implications of high-profile cases. - Adherence to highest standards of ethical conduct. - Must pass a background investigation and possess a valid Indiana driver’s license. • Design information architecture to support an operational data store for data exchange across the Medicaid enterprise • Design and engineer 100% AWS cloud-native application components • Develop solution prototypes to demonstrate suitability and interoperability of chosen components, and to establish patterns for adoption by implementation team • Review data architectures to determine effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with enterprise objectives • Develop comprehensive implementation and remediation strategies for data architecture non-compliance • Develop an architectural strategy for metadata management, including tooling and metadata governance • Manage metadata models that support data quality and mastering processes • Develop and maintain Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data models at the enterprise level and for specific data domains within Medicaid (Provider, Member, Claim, Reference) • Review data models with business owners and obtain approval from the data governance committee • Define, and maintain, business rules for data elements in conjunction with business owners and the data governance committee • Research emerging technologies, data modelling methods, and information management systems • Perform data mapping between the canonical models and data formats (both input and output) such as X12 EDI, FHIR, and other structured JSON, XML, or proprietary formats • Support database administrators, network designers and IT personnel on designing and managing the organization's data infrastructure and overall data strategy • Participate in Data Governance Committee meetings, representing the architecture team • Collaborate with internal and external personnel, including solution architects, software developers, database administrators, design analysts and information modelling experts to determine project capabilities, requirements, and timelines

• Seek candidates for the role of a Principal Data Links & Communication Engineer • Requires Link 22 and tactical data links engineering experience • Advise and assist the program Chief Engineer, IPT Leads, and PMs on performance, schedule, and cost issues • Provide knowledge and experience in the development, integration, testing, and deployment of Air Force systems and associated data links • Interface with the Federal, DoD, USAF, USA, and Joint communities to ensure data link communication capability compliance
