Finance Data Analytics Manager

• Own and scale our finance and accounting data ecosystem. • Design and maintain data infrastructure. • Build integrations between business systems. • Ensure data integrity across platforms. • Deliver scalable reporting solutions that support Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Executive Leadership. • Develop reconciliation processes and automated controls to identify data discrepancies. • Establish and maintain a scalable data architecture. • Create data governance standards, documentation, and validation procedures. • Proactively identify gaps in system integrations, reporting capabilities, and data quality. • Build and maintain scalable datasets, views, and reporting layers within BigQuery. • Develop automated dashboards and KPI reporting for various departments. • Analyze trends related to revenue, profitability, inventory, cash flow, customer behavior, and operational performance. • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, reconciliations, and business processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, WMS, IMS, OMS
- Experience with ETL and integration tools such as Fivetran, Airbyte, Stitch, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Google BigQuery experience.
- Expert-level SQL skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
