• Responsible for supporting workforce scheduling and planning activities for Gainwell's Customer Experience (CX) operations. • Responsible for reviewing schedules and outcomes against tactical forecasts to optimize schedules. • Develop and maintain workforce schedules that align staffing capacity with forecasted demand across both front-office and back-office CX operations. • Partner with CX Operations and Capacity Planning teams to translate staffing plans and forecasts into executable schedules. • Support schedule optimization, shift adjustments, and coverage planning to maintain alignment with service-level objectives. • Monitor workforce data and scheduling performance to identify opportunities for improved workforce utilization and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of workforce management experience supporting inbound contact center operations.
  • Experience supporting workforce scheduling or workforce management functions in a contact center environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into workforce planning actions.
  • Experience working with workforce management tools such as Verint WFM preferred; NICE IEX knowledge may be useful during transition.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Surgery Scheduler to join our Surgical Oncology team. This job can be performed 100% remotely, and out of state candidates will be considered. The Surgery Scheduler provides administrative support to physicians across all surgery divisions as it relates to the management of day to day interactions with our patient population. Responsibilities include: - Coordinating day to day calendars and logistics for multiple physicians - Managing surgical schedules across multiple sites of practice - Scheduling surgical procedures - Answering patient calls - Verifying patient registration - Completing insurance prior authorizations - Ordering medical devices in advance of surgical procedures - Coordinating patient care across multiple specialties This position works with several clinical computer/electronic systems and it is expected that with adequate training, the incumbent will become proficient in the required systems within the first 2 – 3 months of hire. This position requires a high level of interaction with internal and external customers. The Surgery Scheduler will function as a liaison between the patient and the physician for non-clinical issues. All clinical information will be communicated by a nurse or physician, and inquiries/requests related to such information will be directed appropriately.
