• Provide technical expertise in all aspects of Data Management • Manage timelines for study data deliveries, including Go-Live, Interim Deliveries, and Final DB Lock • Collaborate with relevant functions (Clinical, Biostatistics, Database Programming, Medical, Medical Writing etc.) across all geographies • Act as a single point of contact for contracted Data Management deliverables to ensure timeliness and quality • Mentor ADMs or other DM peers • Manage and coordinate the integration and utilization of all ancillary systems • Define mitigations and drive to resolution with cross-functional stakeholders as part of Risk Management Plan • Review and analyze metrics to derive meaningful summary of study health and trends • Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections for internal, sponsor, and regulatory agencies • Collaborate with Delivery Lead and/or line management to ensure appropriate project level resourcing of staff • Deliver Project Specific Training to internal DM team

• Ensure alignment, orchestration, and execution across enterprise data initiatives. • Operate at the center of the data ecosystem, coordinating data products across business domains and aligning stakeholders with delivery teams to ensure efficient, transparent, and consistent execution. • Provide full accountability for the Data Product Coordination function, including leadership of a team of managers and senior professionals as well as establish operating models, driving execution across Data Ingestion, Data Engineering, and Data Distribution, and ensures delivery outcomes are achieved across the enterprise data ecosystem. • Lead a team of Data Product Coordinators who are aligned to specific business domains (e.g., Clinical, Corporate, Commercial) and operate within a highly matrixed environment to drive execution across data functions. • Drive execution and accountability across multiple data functions and business domains where teams are not directly managed but must be aligned to deliver shared outcomes.

• Lead complex AI and data programs as the primary point of contact for client sponsors and partners, owning successful delivery and client outcomes. • Translate client strategy into clear roadmaps and integrated delivery plans, balancing pace, quality, scope, and risk across multi-geo teams. • Partner closely with technical delivery leads, architects, and engineers to ensure delivery aligns to business goals and measurable value. • Own engagement financials including budget, burn, margins, forecasting, utilization, and change control; proactively manage risk and variances using delivery metrics. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior client, partner, and technical stakeholders, providing concise status updates and executive-ready storytelling. • Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and difficult trade-offs with calm, data-informed recommendations. • Manage project risks and customer escalations end-to-end in close partnership with delivery and sales. • Identify opportunities to expand phData services, including AI and analytics offerings, within existing accounts. • Provide account health readouts covering financials, project status, AI adoption metrics, and key blockers. • Help shape a healthy, inclusive delivery culture by coaching Project Managers and consultants, and contributing to the evolution of AI-augmented delivery practices.
