• Oversee the full lifecycle of carrier connections, including initial setup, ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless data flows between Employee Navigator and insurance carriers • Work with carriers to facilitate the onboarding process and ensure the carrier’s integration is fully functional within the Employee Navigator platform • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting carrier connection issues, working directly with internal teams and carriers to identify and resolve problems • Work closely with internal stakeholders (product management, development, client success teams) to ensure that integrations meet business requirements and client needs • Perform regular testing of carrier integrations to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and functioning as intended • Identify and recommend improvements to integration processes, tools, and technologies to increase efficiency and accuracy • Provide support to clients and carriers during the implementation of new carrier connections, offering guidance and answering integration-related questions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in carrier integrations, benefits administration systems, or related fields

- Strong understanding of benefits administration systems and the integration of insurance carriers with SaaS platforms
- Proficiency with integration tools, APIs, and data formats such as EDI, JSON, and XML

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
