Frontend Developer
Insense | TikTok & Meta Partner
• Design, develop, test cool new features (examples of tasks: custom UI-kit, FB bot, integration with Instagram, Tiktok and analytics services) • For this year, we've definitely determined to reduce tech debt in order to be more flexible and scale faster in terms of new fixes. It's up to you to refactor and reduce the amount of tech debt; • Write technical specifications; • Participate in the development and support of the platform (opportunity to influence the product and company/business development in general) • Participate in team activities: stand ups, demos, tech retrospective.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) is a must.
- Experience in the role of Frontend developer at least 3 years
- At least 3 years of experience in JS development (SPA or SSG)
- Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
- Experience using React, Relay/Apollo, TypeScript, Webpack
- Experience using React Native (mobile app)
- Excellent layout skills (taking into account cross-browser and mobile devices), experience with preprocessors
- Code debugging skills. Both your own and someone else's
- Experience with unit and integration testing
- Experience in making architectural decisions
- Disciplined code writing (taking into account team standards)
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude or similar) while maintaining strong engineering judgment.
- Teamwork, conflict-free, desire for constant self-development.

• Como Frontend Developer (Magento), serás responsable de asegurar la evolución, estabilidad y mantenibilidad de la capa de presentación de plataformas e-commerce, desarrollando interfaces modernas, responsivas y de alto desempeño que impactan directamente la experiencia del usuario y la continuidad operativa del negocio. • Desarrollar y mantener interfaces web para plataformas Magento, asegurando componentes reutilizables, escalables y alineados con los requerimientos del proyecto. • Implementar nuevas funcionalidades frontend, garantizando una experiencia de usuario consistente, accesible y responsive. • Participar en el desarrollo de temas, componentes y personalizaciones dentro del ecosistema Magento. • Ejecutar mantenimiento evolutivo y correctivo sobre la capa frontend, atendiendo incidentes, ajustes funcionales y mejoras continuas. • Corregir errores y optimizar componentes existentes para mejorar el rendimiento, la usabilidad y la experiencia del usuario final. • Colaborar con desarrolladores backend, QA, analistas funcionales y otros miembros del equipo para implementar soluciones integrales. • Gestionar y versionar cambios mediante Git, siguiendo buenas prácticas de integración y control de versiones. • Consumir APIs y servicios para integrar funcionalidades dinámicas dentro de la interfaz de usuario. • Aplicar buenas prácticas de desarrollo frontend, incluyendo clean code, reutilización de componentes, documentación técnica y mantenibilidad. • Participar en pruebas y validación de desarrollos para asegurar entregas funcionales y listas para despliegue. • Acompañar procesos de transferencia de conocimiento hacia equipos internos, promoviendo continuidad operativa y adopción técnica.
