Junior Full Stack Developer, Logistics Domain

Sigma Software Group

• Develop and maintain robust software applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Nest.js, and React • Implement new functionality from scratch, such as role-based access control services, API integrations, and endpoint development, under the guidance of Senior Developers • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features • Work in an AI-augmented development environment, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team collaboration practices • Follow Agile/SCRUM methodologies and actively participate in ceremonies

Job Requirements

  • At least 1.5 years of commercial experience in software development with a focus on the TypeScript/JavaScript stack
  • Proven experience with Node.js, React.js, and REST API development
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)
  • Ability to write effective prompts for AI-generated code and refactoring
  • Experience preparing code for AI-assisted review and translating AI-generated specifications into implementation tasks
  • Strong debugging and validation skills for AI-generated code
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Analytical thinking and solid technical judgment
  • Ability to quickly understand existing digital products and architectures
  • Experience working in SCRUM teams
  • Fluent English
  • Experience integrating and working with design systems (Tailwind, Storybook) WILL BE A PLUS
  • Proven experience with AI-augmented development (pet projects, certifications)
  • Experience in AI-assisted requirements breakdown and task decomposition (e.g., spec-kit, BMAD)
