• Review and comprehend all contract terms applicable to the Reconciliation function • Track and apply payments due from pharmaceutical manufacturers • Identify any late payments and request late fee billing as required by contract • Manipulate and Analyze payment data from pharmaceutical manufacturers • Reconcile payment data received with Invoiced amount to identify all items disputed by pharmaceutical manufacturers • Analyze and research all variances and disputed items and determine whether to accept or reject disputes • Communicate with pharmaceutical manufacturers regarding variances and disputes • Update internal dispute tracking data file on a monthly basis • Perform analysis of required reserves on a monthly basis • Investigate and respond to questions/inquiries regarding the status of open balances

• Help customers with 401k account balance inquiries and withdrawals • Assist with account maintenance and provide education/resources • Participate in training cohort for the first 14 weeks • Join team activities and receive career coaching

• Build, maintain, and optimize project- and fund-level financial models, ensuring alignment with underwriting assumptions, capital structures, and RFP requirements • Support execution of M&A transactions (buy- and sell-side), including valuation, modeling, due diligence, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders • Analyze and model PPA and community solar RFP responses, supporting bid strategy and pricing • Partner with internal teams to collect inputs and validate assumptions for development-stage assets • Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal approvals, investor discussions, and lender engagement • Assist with transaction structuring, investor negotiations, and execution of financing documents • Monitor late-stage and operational project financials, identifying risks and proposing mitigants • Track market trends, policy developments, and valuation benchmarks relevant to solar and BESS financing

• Conduct overview and analysis of commercial and financial data of acquisition targets. • Formulate and present the assessment of the acquisition targets’ initial fit. • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and recognize new acquisition opportunities. • Identify software businesses that meet our acquisition criteria and metrics, and move opportunities through the deal cycle. • Support the M&A team with various ad hoc tasks related to the closing of live deals. • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data requests, information sharing, project team meetings, and deal execution.
