Role Description Holistic Industries is looking for a Network Engineer to help keep our business connected, secure, and running smoothly. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure while ensuring strong performance, reliability, and security across multiple locations. - Design, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure that supports business operations across the organization - Monitor network performance, traffic, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users - Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages to minimize downtime - Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools to help protect company systems and data - Upgrade network hardware, firmware, and configurations to improve reliability and performance - Maintain clear network documentation, topology diagrams, and security protocols Qualifications - Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, SSL VPN, routing, switching, and network security - Experience working with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools - Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience supporting business environments in the past 2 years - Natural problem-solver who can quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues - Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred, or equivalent experience Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay - Medical, dental, and vision coverage - Team member discount in our stores - Health Savings Account - Pet insurance - 401(K) with a company match - Company-paid short term and long-term disability - Life and AD&D insurance - Mental health and urgent care services - Referral program - Generous paid time off (PTO) Company Description
