• Plan, lead and analyze IT projects in the banking and insurance sectors, from concept through successful implementation • Collaborate with various business units to understand software development requirements and drive project execution • Produce analyses and specify implementation concepts (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment) • Ensure project goals, milestones and delivery dates are met and that project results comply with quality standards • Identify risks and issues during the project lifecycle and develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies • Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery

About you You are an experienced ICT Business Partner, Technology Business Partner or stakeholder engagement professional who can work confidently across both strategic and operational priorities. You know how to listen, ask the right questions and build credibility with senior stakeholders. You can translate between business and technology teams and bring structure to complex or emerging needs. You will bring: - Demonstrated experience in an ICT Business Partner or comparable stakeholder-facing role. - A strong record of building trusted relationships in complex organisations. - Highly developed communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. - Experience balancing strategic planning with practical delivery. - Experience managing and prioritising technology demand. - The ability to translate business challenges into achievable technology outcomes. - Demonstrated experience working with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics. - Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service and demand management platforms. - Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and collaboration technologies.
