Role Description We're looking for a Video Editor to own short-form content production for one of the largest content creators in the vintage clothing space. You will take pre-selected moments from long-form YouTube videos and turn them into polished, highly engaging vertical videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is not a clip-finding role. The moments will be identified for you. Your job is to bring them to life with strong pacing, purposeful sound design, captions, supporting visuals, and the editorial instincts that make people watch to the end. You will work in parallel with the Lead Editor so that short-form and long-form content are ready around the same time. If you genuinely enjoy watching and analyzing content, understand why videos hold attention, and can consistently deliver polished edits that match an established style, this role is a strong fit.
