Job Requirements

  • Has a PhD in a quantitative field and 5+ years of experience in a related leadership role
  • Has a BS / MS in a quantitative field and 8+ years of experience in a related leadership role
  • Has experience applying data science to credit risk management
  • Can grow members of your team
  • Has a deep understanding of the field of data science
  • Has created, deployed, and managed experiments and models in production systems
  • Practices solid fundamentals with software engineering (test-driven development, code review, refactoring) and the PyData stack (numpy, scikit-learn, pandas, etc.)

We are looking for a motivated, analytically driven professional to join the US Property & Specialty Delivery Monitoring team as a Property & Casualty Pricing Insights Advisor. In this role, you will have a direct opportunity to influence and shape our newest homeowners pricing programs through rigorous evaluation of program performance, clear articulation of risk, and actionable recommendations backed by data and sound business judgment. This is a high-visibility, fast paced role with regular exposure to senior and executive leadership.
