Full Stack Software Engineer We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with at least 8 years of experience building scalable, production-grade web applications across both frontend and backend systems. You will join a fast-moving engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering core product features, new platforms, and high-quality user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working across the stack, and building systems that are robust, scalable, and easy to maintain. The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, product-minded, and comfortable working in an Agile environment. We are also looking for someone who actively embraces modern software engineering practices, including the use of standard AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering workflows. Requirements - At least 8 years of full-stack software development experience. - At least 4 years of experience with client-side development using React.js. - Experience with popular React.js workflows and state management patterns such as Redux, Flux, or similar. - At least 4 years of experience working with an object-oriented backend framework. - Strong experience with C# or Java, including asynchronous programming, multithreaded applications, generics, and collections. - Experience developing REST APIs and backend services. - Solid understanding of RDBMS principles and at least 1 year of hands-on experience with SQL relational databases. - Experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript, including ES6+. - Experience with common frontend development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, and modern build pipelines. - Experience working with Git and standard software development workflows. - Experience writing automated tests using tools such as Jest, Cypress, Enzyme, or similar. - Familiarity with standard AI-assisted software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools. - Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully for code generation, refactoring, debugging, test creation, documentation, and productivity improvement while maintaining strong engineering judgment. • Build and maintain the React Native driver app: QR onboarding/consent flows, GPS/BLE data display • Implement Mapbox GL JS features: live position overlays, zone/dwell visualization, realtime map layers • Own frontend performance and reliability for realtime, sensor-driven UI** • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services in C#/.NET • Support GPS/BLE positioning data ingestion pipelines • Support telemetry ingestion and zone/dwell analytics processing • Work within an actor-model distributed backend (built on Microsoft Orleans) designed by the tech lead

• Own and evolve the architecture of a distributed, actor-model backend (Microsoft Orleans) handling realtime positioning and telemetry data at scale • Set technical direction for the .NET backend: API design, data pipelines, service boundaries • Design the path toward multi-node Orleans clustering as the platform scales • Review code and provide hands-on technical guidance to backend and full stack engineers • Identify and remediate security and architectural risk areas (authentication, data handling, system hardening) • Partner with data/telemetry and QA engineers on ingestion pipeline and analytics architecture decisions • Advise on CI/CD, staging environment, and release practices • Act as engineering team lead: set priorities, unblock the team, and own technical quality across the engineering group • Coordinate closely with the Project Manager on sprint planning, delivery status, and risk/blocker escalation • Join client calls run by the project team, speaking directly to technical progress and tradeoffs when needed • Mentor other engineers, raising the technical bar across the team
