Required Qualifications: - Requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Public, government, and cooperative purchasing experience. - Knowledge of business law and Kansas statutes applicable to state procurements. - Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Public Purchasing Officer/Buyer (CPPO/CPPB), Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (APP).
