Content Creator, Marketing Coordinator
Flex HR
• Create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and company websites. • Develop educational content related to accounting, tax, business growth, and entrepreneurship. • Write social media posts, captions, blogs, and marketing materials. • Create recruiting and employer branding content. • Design presentations, brochures, flyers, event materials, advertisements, and sales collateral. • Maintain brand standards across all platforms. • Develop graphics for webinars, conferences, recruiting initiatives, and business development activities. • Record and edit short-form and long-form videos. • Create social media reels and promotional content. • Capture content during company events and business trips. • Support executive thought leadership content. • Attend conferences, networking events, recruiting fairs, team meetings, and workshops. • Capture photography and video content. • Assist with event promotion and marketing coordination. • Travel as required throughout the year. • Assist leadership with presentations and marketing projects. • Support recruiting campaigns and hiring initiatives. • Help coordinate firm announcements, launches, and growth initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, graphic design, or social media management.
- Strong graphic design portfolio.
- Experience with video editing and content production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred.
- Photography and videography experience preferred.
- Professional services, accounting, legal, or financial services marketing experience preferred.
- Experience supporting executive teams preferred.
