• Atender llamadas de clientes de Claro Perú. • Resolver consultas y brindar una atención de calidad. • Realizar gestión comercial durante la atención al cliente. • Cumplir con los indicadores de servicio establecidos.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 meses en Call Center.
  • Residir en Lima.
  • Contar con PC o Laptop.
  • Windows 10 u 11.
  • Procesador Core i3 de 5.ª generación o superior.
  • Memoria RAM de 8 GB como mínimo.
  • Internet cableado de 50 Mbps o más.
  • Audífonos con conexión USB.
  • Cámara web para la capacitación.
