Sales Representative – Bilingue

• Realizar llamadas de descubrimiento y cierre con prospectos B2B precalificados. • Manejar objeciones y negociar precios, términos y expectativas. • Cerrar acuerdos comerciales y garantizar la correcta documentación de las ventas. • Mantener actualizada la información de clientes y oportunidades en el CRM. • Realizar seguimiento a prospectos y avanzar oportunidades dentro del pipeline comercial. • Colaborar con los equipos de SDR, Marketing y Operaciones para mejorar las tasas de conversión.

Job Requirements

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas B2B.
  • Experiencia en cierre de ventas, negociación y gestión de oportunidades comerciales.
  • Experiencia utilizando CRM como HubSpot, Salesforce o herramientas similares.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prospectos y oportunidades de venta simultáneamente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, persuasión y manejo de objeciones.
  • Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de metas comerciales.
  • Experiencia en SaaS, marketing digital, automatización, outsourcing o servicios B2B es un plus.
  • Experiencia trabajando con clientes de Estados Unidos es un plus.
  • Conocimiento en ventas consultivas o solution selling es un plus.
  • Experiencia colaborando con equipos remotos o internacionales es un plus.
