Role Description This is a B2B performance marketing agency with a close-knit, fun-first team and a genuine focus on work-life balance. They run global paid media campaigns for high-growth B2B SaaS companies and consultancies, and they need someone confident managing LinkedIn campaigns who's just as comfortable running paid search. - Run and optimise paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn) campaigns, with an initial focus on paid search. - Analyse performance data, form hypotheses and test them. - Work with the design team to shape landing pages. - Implement and troubleshoot tracking in Google Tag Manager. - Stay on top of paid search trends. - Speak directly with clients when needed. The role is remote first, with the team meeting up in London every couple of weeks plus a monthly social. Qualifications - At least 3 years' experience building, managing, reporting and optimising LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns for a B2B advertiser. - Practical knowledge of attribution. - Strong Google Sheets/Excel knowledge and an analytical skill set. - Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. - A strategic mindset with excellent written and verbal communication. - UK based, able to get into Central London occasionally. - A good sense of humour and a team-first attitude. Requirements - Google Ads experience (nice to have). - Experience with B2B SaaS, data or consultancy accounts (nice to have).
