Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for CRM solutions • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to meet client needs, with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules • Develop comprehensive CRM documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials • Provide training and support to clients' end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new CRM system • Conduct quality assurance testing to validate system functionality and ensure it aligns with client requirements • Assist in data migration and integration efforts as needed • Stay current with the latest CRM and Microsoft technologies and share your knowledge with the team • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system, maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, with a strong focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules
- Experience creating workflows with Power Automate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to understand and address each client's unique needs
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation
- Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to resolve technical and functional challenges
- Adept at working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
