The Crown Is Yours As a Promotions Operations Associate, you'll help create engaging promotional experiences that connect customers with our digital offerings. You'll work closely with Marketing, Operations, Creative, Compliance, and Commercial teams to keep campaigns moving from idea to launch with clarity and precision. In this role, you'll combine data, creativity, and operational excellence to deliver seamless customer experiences while helping shape how we bring new promotions and initiatives to market. What You'll Do - Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our digital offerings. - Use data and customer insights to optimize promotional calendars, develop targeted campaign strategies, monitor performance, and recommend improvements that enhance the customer experience. - Manage the end-to-end execution of promotions, including campaign setup, quality assurance, audience segmentation, merchandising, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop promotional messaging, manage creative workflows, and ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets. - Identify new promotional opportunities and operational improvements by contributing innovative ideas, leveraging AI-powered tools where appropriate, and supporting go-to-market planning for new campaigns and initiatives. What You'll Bring - At least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital promotions, merchandising, project management, online gaming, consumer technology, or a related field. - A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders. - A passion for sports, entertainment, and digital experiences, with the flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays during major sporting events. - Availability to work one weekend shift per month and a hybrid schedule that includes three days per week in the office. #LI-BD1 #LI-HYBRID Join Our Team We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
