• Amend, negotiate and finalise project budgets together with creating draft contractual documents • Prepare draft contract documents, including Start-up Agreements, Work Orders and Change Orders • Amend project budgets as required • Direct client interaction with established contacts • Provide quality client deliverables to strict deadlines • Facilitate review and approval in accordance with relevant policies and procedures • Cooperation with Finance on ongoing budget changes • Participate in contract review meetings with clients and internal customers • Review client contractual templates with support from Line Manager/Contracts Director/LRM
Job Requirements
- University Degree (Preferably in Finance or Business) or equivalent
- Strong budgeting experience
- Knowledge of contract management principles
- Advanced Excel user (experience working with formulas)
- Fluent in English and local language, oral and written
- CRO experience and Early Phase experience - nice to have
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
- Negotiation skills

Role Description Under the direction of management or an experienced Proposals lead, the Senior Proposals & Contracts (“P&C”) Specialist is responsible for the development of proposals and contracts for new and existing business, in consultation with the Sales Team. S/he gathers and provides increasingly complex information for proposals with oversight from P&C lead. The Senior P&C Specialist will lead proposals of increasing complexity with assistance as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Science, Business, Clinical Research) required. - 5 – 7 years of Proposal/Contract experience in the clinical research industry, preferably with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), required. - Understanding of the functional relationship between CROs and Sponsors required. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills required, including strong detail orientation. - Ability to work creatively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment required. - Ability to learn quickly and assimilate the detail of project requirements required. - Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Word, Excel, Outlook) required, and proficient experience with Salesforce required.
