Payroll Accounting Tutor
Masters of Marketing
• As a tutor in payroll/financial accounting for the course “Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV,” you are jointly responsible with the instructor for this module topic in our Academy. • Your goal is to provide participants with an optimal learning experience and to professionally guide them through the course so they can successfully complete the training. • Course creation (content, exercises, tests) together with the instructor. • One-on-one sessions with participants to address technical questions. • Conducting skill tutoring sessions. • Administering and grading final examinations. • Updating course materials and optimizing the course. • Creating new exercises. • Coordinating sessions and schedules. • Supporting platform product managers with course updates on our learning platform.
Job Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of practical professional experience in payroll accounting.
- You are digitally up to date and enjoy continuously integrating new technologies and (AI) tools into your daily work.
- Good to very good knowledge of DATEV.
- Initial experience in teaching or knowledge transfer is desirable, e.g., as a tutor, teacher, lecturer, or research assistant.
- A completed university degree or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Basic to good English skills, especially for understanding digital tools, technical terms, and documentation.
