Medical AR Team Lead Hybrid Remote • Charlotte, NC • Accounts Receivable Full-time Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Accounts Receivable Team Lead. The Team Lead plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the AR department. This position requires a detail-oriented leader with strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively manage both internal staff and external stakeholders. The AR Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely collection of receivables, maintaining financial records and reports, and managing functions within the Paylocity system. Additionally, the role serves as a key liaison between third-party vendors and the offshore team, facilitating clear communication, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring alignment with contractual terms and organizational goals.
