Proyecto Fenix
• Brindar apoyo a viajeros durante su estancia en el extranjero, gestionando solicitudes, imprevistos y situaciones de emergencia. • Atender llamadas y mensajes en italiano e inglés. • Asistir a los viajeros ante problemas con vuelos, hoteles, traslados y otros servicios. • Contactar y coordinar con proveedores locales, compañías aéreas y estructuras hoteleras. • Buscar soluciones rápidas y eficaces, garantizando una comunicación clara y tranquilizadora. • Registrar cada intervención y mantener actualizada la información en los sistemas internos. • Informar a los departamentos correspondientes sobre incidencias relevantes. • Trabajar por turnos: fines de semana y días festivos. • Mantener siempre un alto nivel de atención al cliente, confidencialidad y profesionalidad.
Job Requirements
- Italiano nativo o de nivel avanzado.
- Buen conocimiento del idioma inglés.
- Título de educación secundaria.
- Se valorará la formación en turismo, idiomas o áreas afines.
- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, asistencia telefónica o en el sector turístico.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para gestionar situaciones de emergencia y trabajar bajo presión.
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y de los principales sistemas de comunicación.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos, fines de semana y días festivos.
- Responsabilidad, precisión, empatía y orientación al cliente.
