Role Description Transit Technologies is looking for a Product Operations Intern to support our Data & AI product initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, curious, proactive, and excited to learn how product teams operate in a fast-moving environment. This intern will help support the day-to-day operations of a growing product area that spans AI-powered analytics, beta programs, client feedback loops, bug tracking, requirements support, internal coordination, and launch readiness. The role is not expected to own product strategy independently, but will play an important role in helping the team stay organized, responsive, and execution-focused. The intern will work closely with the Product Manager for Data & AI and partner across Product, Engineering, QA, Client Success, and other internal and external teams.
