• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional, and technical projects from concept through launch and close, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives • Apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive disciplined planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Partner with cross‑functional teams to align on objectives, technical scope, execution approach, and success criteria • Develop and manage integrated project plans and schedules; track milestones, deliverables, and team commitments • Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and critical path activities, with clear mitigation and contingency plans • Proactively escalate issues and risks to support timely resolution and protect business outcomes • Provide clear, concise project status reporting covering progress, risks, financials, and key decisions • Execute high‑impact initiatives in alignment with portfolio priorities and strategic goals • Participate in project and portfolio governance forums, ensuring work is decision‑ready with clear risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations • Manage stakeholder expectations through strong communication, influence, and alignment across technical, functional, and leadership teams • Support financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, in partnership with Finance • Ensure compliance with governance standards, enterprise policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure consistent application of project management standards, tools, and ways of working across all assigned projects • Maintain high standards for data integrity, documentation, and deliverable quality within project and portfolio systems • Track and report against KPIs and portfolio metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement • Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, governance effectiveness, and cross‑functional collaboration • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen project rigor, scalability, and overall portfolio performance

• Manage project scope, collaborating on the definition of goals, deliverables, tasks, milestones, and tracking change requests when required. • Lead project planning and progress tracking, working with the team on estimates and schedules to ensure timely delivery of project commitments. • Serve as team lead, assembling cross-functional teams with balanced skill sets, monitoring performance, maintaining team motivation, and managing conflicts to ensure high performance. • Develop and execute risk management plans, identifying potential risks and defining mitigation strategies. • Coordinate with business stakeholders, including clients, account managers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment with project objectives and context. • Document QA processes, implementation procedures, ad formats, and technical specifications to support internal knowledge sharing. • Support the rollout of new products and the implementation of technical integrations for new advertising vendors in collaboration with product and revenue teams. • Ensure compliance with privacy, data protection, consent, accessibility, and other regulatory requirements, communicating technical implications to revenue and development teams. • Monitor performance data in Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and other third-party systems, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
