Video Editor – Part-Time Contract
Daydream
• Take raw footage of Daydream and create engaging content • Develop short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts • Produce long-form tutorials and workflow videos for YouTube • Shape footage into deliverables tailored to platform viewing habits
Job Requirements
- Experienced video editor with a body of work
- Familiarity with Ableton Live or similar DAW
- Fluent in editing tool (Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Understanding of platform grammar (aspect ratios, caption styles, etc.)
- Aesthetic taste and clear point of view on editing cuts
- Ability to produce high-quality video at scale
- Motion graphics, sound design, and color skills are welcome but not required
- Experience growing a channel or account is a plus

• Edit engaging short-form content using DaVinci Resolve and AI-powered editing tools while maintaining high creative and technical quality • Deliver social-first video content optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts • Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines • Work closely with our Creative Production team to translate creative concepts into compelling video content across different markets • Explore and integrate new AI tools and editing workflows to improve production speed and efficiency • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, platform best practices, and high creative standards
