Field Reimbursement Director, Central Region

• Lead execution of prioritized account strategies through coaching, inspection, and development of a team of Associate Directors • Partner with key customer stakeholders to accelerate implementation readiness, optimize operational processes • Prioritize and customize regional investments/resources (People and Implementation Solutions) • Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve post prescribing performance goals and objectives • Establish and lead cohesive and comprehensive Patient Access and Affordability Strategy • Develop executive customer relationships that advance implementation readiness and strategic account objectives • Recruit, hire and develop a high performing team of ADFRs. • Build team capability for current and future needs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree & 5 plus years as a Customer Facing First Line Leader and Coach across 2 plus Business Units
  • Proven ability to drive results through cross-functional influence and matrix leadership.
  • Strong coaching and talent development capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • 2 plus years transformational leadership experience
  • Experience working with internal and external customers that requires knowledge of rules and regulations that govern provision of reimbursement support services
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
