Job Description

Director, Trade – HSD Strategy & Insights

Pfizer

• Own the reporting and action-oriented insights for the Trade team and Health System Directors • Serve as the strategy and planning engine for the Trade team • Maintain the Trade function’s channel and distribution strategy • Build customer-ready QBR decks for HSD accounts • Manage the Collaborative Action Plan process • Partner with HSDs and ABMs to prepare for customer milestones • Build peer relationships with the data and analytics counterparts at major wholesalers and distributors • Design and run planning processes that connect strategy to execution • Coordinate handoffs across various functions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device
  • Demonstrated success structuring strategy, planning frameworks, or customer-ready materials in a complex environment
  • Detailed understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and classes of trade
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to work well within a matrix environment
